Our experts include licensed brokers, some that have earned their CCIM and other designations, professional maintenance technicians, and a highly competent, professional accounting staff. Most of the team  members are also involved in commercial real estate and economic development boards. Leading by example, the company President, Mr. Farr, is currently an active member of the Executive Committee of NAIOP (as well as being the past Chair for 2020 Chair, the 2021 NAIOP NM Volunteer of the Year, and chairing the Government Affairs Committee), the Commercial Association of Realtors of New Mexico (CARNM), Economic Forum, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM-where he serves on the National Government Affairs Committee). He also serves on Albuquerque Economic Development (AED- where he is the 2021 Chair,sits on the Executive Committee, and serves as Government Affairs chair), and is also a member of the New Mexico Partnership’s Leadership Advisory Committee (a State economic development group). 

New Mexico is a great state, and our team wants to keep it that way. We encourage our team members to be active members of the Albuquerque community and to contribute their talents and resources back to the community. Our team members serve as volunteers and board members of NDI (National Dance Institute), CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), CNM Foundation (Central New Mexico Community College), and the Downtown Communication Partnership, among others.
